Hotel Stampa, 7602 Casaccia (GR)

Our grand and beautiful house dating back to the 16th century, the Hotel Stampa, lies at the foot of the Alpine passes Maloja and Septimer in the resort of Casaccia in the Bergell Valley, the Italian speaking part of the canton Graubünden (Switzerland).
In addition to many hiking routes, the popular panoramic trail of the Bergell starts from our doorstep and leads to the traditional village of Soglio. We can also recommend many bike-, mountaineering and climbing tours.
In Winter there are more than 350 km of ski slopes and extended cross country tracks in the adjacent Upper Engadine, only a few minutes by car from here.
In Spring and Summer many attractions in the vicinity wait to be explored: St Moritz, the lakes of Sils and Silvaplana, the glacier mills of Maloja. Also Chiavenna and the Lake of Como in Italy, where figs, lemon trees, wine and kaki grow splendidly, are close.
In a hospitable and familiar atmosphere we offer cosy bedrooms with antique furniture, a 100m2 indoor climbing hall, a large library and our own art exhibitions.
