Beautiful Valais chalet in Saas Balen (Valais, Switzerland) with a wonderful view. Situated in a quiet and yet central position. Six showers, one dining room, one ski room, one living room and one perfectly equipped kitchen. Right in front of the chalet, there is a large lawn with table-tennis facilities, a sheltered barbecue site and a car park for buses owned by the house.
Saas Balen is a small, tranquil mountain village situated in close proximity to the famous tourist centres Saas Fee (10mins) and Saas Grund (5mins). The centre features beautiful old Valais-style houses, shopping possibilities and restaurants.
In the village Saas Balen, there is one ski-lift located at a distance of 200m from the house. Access to the ski resorts Saas Fee, Saas Grund and Saas Almagell is provided by a free postal coach every thirty minutes. From the ski resort Hohsaas-Saas Grund, there is a downhill ski run taking you directly to the chalet. In summer, it is a good starting point for great hiking tours in the unique mountain landscape of the Valais Alps. Good possibilities for excursions.

The canton Valais imposes high standards on camps with children and adolescents and on group accommodation. Please ask the landlord to show you his authorisation for the accommodation of youth groups before you make the booking.
